Project: CRM for the sales department

Vinikom is the largest supplier of elite alcohol. It is engaged in the import and distribution of wine and spirits: it finds the best wines around the world, controls their transportation to Russia, and supplies restaurants and shops.

Tasks

  • Increase the efficiency of the sales department, reduce manual labor, errors in calculating personal discounts, sales of products that are not in stock;
  • To ensure control over the processing of 100% of incoming orders to the company.

Implemented solution on the AMBER platform

  1. All incoming orders are combined into a single information environment, taking into account personal discounts of customers and other features;
  2. The uniform distribution of orders by managers and the processes of their processing are organized;
  3. The order processing processes, auto-generation of transactions by letters from the site, and the process of transferring the agreed transaction to logistics have been configured;
  4. Integration with 1C has been configured for the following objects: (Contractors, Products, Accounts, Stock balances);
  5. The formation of commercial offers from CRM and the search for products by tags has been configured.
