Tasks

To ensure that managers work with orders in a single window mode;
To ensure the automatic generation of all documents on orders in 1C and in AMBER CRM and the exchange of created documents between systems.

Implemented solution on the AMBER platform

• All information about the client from receipt of the order to its implementation is consolidated in a single window.
• The details and addresses of the client are pulled from the Data service by INN or name.
• Integration with the Grotem service used by the courier service has been configured.
• From the order card, the manager can create an application for the forwarder.
• Auto-distribution of orders by responsible persons according to internal regulations has been set up.
• Two-way integration with 1C is set up:
• counterparties and orders are created on the AMBER side;
• The order number is generated in 1C and transmitted to AMBER;
• The implementation with all relevant documents is initiated from AMBER, the transaction documents are generated in 1C and transferred to AMBER, from where they can be printed with a signature and seal;
• Payment data is transmitted from 1C.

If earlier the manager spent about 1 hour in total on placing an order and related documentation
, now it takes from 2 to 5 minutes.
