  2. We automated the process of processing requests from the request to the sale. All requests coming from the website, landing pages, and phone are automatically registered in AMBER and assigned to managers.
  3. We have set up reports on requests and sales in various sections: by region, department, manager, overdue tasks.
  4. We integrated AMBER with the current financial accounting system and the contact center.
