Implemented solution on the AMBER platform

  • All requests received by the company are recorded and promptly processed.
  • Thanks to integration with IP telephony, the quality of communication between managers and clients is monitored. Trainings are organized based on the results of the inspections.
  • Reports have been set up, thanks to which the company’s management monitors the volume of accounts receivable, the activity of managers and the implementation of KPIs, identifies bottlenecks in sales and ineffective marketing channels.
  • Sales growth has stabilized.
