The Nashi Cadres recruitment agency is engaged in the selection of low-skilled personnel for large chain stores.

Implemented solution on the AMBER platform

  1. Transferring the existing personnel base to AMBER CRM
  2. Conducting communications with clients in AMBER CRM
  3. Automatic start of the recruitment process based on the available personnel database.
  4. Adding functionality for registering customer requests with automatic start-up. To close applications and calculate employee earnings.
  5. Refinement of the functionality that allows you to independently add new customers to the system together with their facilities (shops, warehouses, etc.) and new contracts with fixed rates for personnel, which will be taken into account in calculations with personnel.
  6. Setting up reports that allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of the work done: reports on salaries and advances issued, reports on fines and bonuses, reconciliation by clients, a report on the adaptation of personnel at the client’s facility

Result

  • Thanks to the implemented AMBER CRM, manageability and the ability to scale a business without losing the quality of work have appeared.
  • The deadlines for processing applications and preparing reports have been reduced.
