Unified information space
All transportation requests are securely stored in the System. Information about the types and types of delivery, status, carrier, date and place of shipment is available. There is a convenient system for searching information by any parameters, as well as working with simple and complex filters, access to which can be shared with colleagues.
Tariff selection
AMBER TMS allows the company to quickly choose the best carrier that will deliver the cargo in the shortest possible time at the best price. The tariff is selected automatically based on the Request parameters. The routes of carriers can be optimized based on cost and distance.
Cargo flow planning
The System has a unique functionality that allows you to plan outgoing and incoming cargo traffic. The algorithm can be changed depending on the resources of the shipping warehouses and other needs of the company.
Transportation calendar
The transportation calendar takes into account the periods during which loading, shipment and delivery are possible. The calendar is integrated with the production calendar and automatically reschedules the date in case loading and shipment are unavailable due to holidays or other reasons. The customer can choose the delivery logic according to a wide range of rules and restrictions.
Analytics and information dashboards
AMBER TMS has a built-in block of reports that allows you to detect bottlenecks and analyze the work of existing logistics services. All relevant indicators for management and responsible employees can be displayed on dashboards. Reports allow you to monitor the implementation of plans and KPIs, the cost of trips, the profitability of routes, and customer service satisfaction.
Integration
To integrate into the existing IT infrastructure, AMBER TMS integrates via API with software solutions for accounting on the 1C platform, warehouse management (WMS), CRM, ERP systems, GPS providers, web mapping and navigation services, IP telephony, messaging, email clients for SMS and Email newsletters.
