Implemented solution on the AMBER platform

Implementation and configuration of AMBER for the specifics of the organization.
Setting up the “Projects” section with the reflection of all necessary information and a built
-in business process reflecting the stages of projects.

1. Setting up the “Events” section, which allows you to record all changes and communications on the project.
2. Ensuring convenient work in the project team system.
3. Implementation of tagging functionality for convenient search of information by tags, including unrelated objects.
4. Refinement of the functionality for working with holdings.
5. Setting up reports for operational analysis of managers’ activities, project progress, and project conversions.
6. Organization of a convenient structured file storage.

Result

The implementation of the AMBER system has improved the overall efficiency of
the project management service. As a result of the work performed, it was possible to fully establish control over
the progress of all projects and changes to them, to be able to analyze
their effectiveness and identify problem areas.
