Project cost structure

  1. Pre-design survey or technical specification for development
  2. It is required when the system is being refined to meet the specifics of the Customer. Result: A document describing improvements: additional requirements for object cards, new reports, a detailed description of integrations, a description of business processes, recommended stages of implementation.
  3. Licenses for the required number of users.
  4. Nominal redemption payments (one-time payment) or SaaS version (annual subscription fee). 1 license = 1 user.
  5. Customization and refinement of the functionality according to the specifics of the Customer
  6. Installing licenses on the server, configuring the interface to meet requirements, configuring user rights and roles according to the information security policy, configuring directories, integration, transferring data from previously used sources, configuring business processes, reports, printed forms, and more.
  7. Training, documentation development and video lessons
  8. Distance learning for users and the system administrator. Development of role-playing instructions.
  9. Support
  10. As soon as the Customer accepts AMBER for operation, annual support starts. The support includes a hotline, working out written requests, updating versions throughout the year.
